About Us

Ron Ritter started this business after he graduated from Oregon State University and graduated with his Bachelors degree. He is a decorated Vietnam Veteran; he served in the 82 Airborne and was wounded in 1969. He started raising Christmas trees in 1975 and has been a member of the Pacific Northwest Christmas Tree Association since 1978. Ron is licensed in Washington and Oregon as a Commercial applicator with his certifications in laws and safety, agriculture weed, right of way, insect pest and plant disease as well as aquatics.

Valarie Eckloff is Ron’s daughter and has been learning the business most of her life. Valarie is licensed in Washington and Oregon as a commercial operator but spends most of her time as the companies office manager. Valarie is taking on a larger role in the business while Ron looks forward to retirement.
